A MEMBER OF OUR SPORT NEEDS OUR HELP

Ladies and Gentlemen:

A member of our fishing community needs our help.  Steve Bell is the VP of the Freedom Bass Club in San Antonio.  Steve’s daughter Rebecca has been diagnosed with a brain tumor.  Rebecca has already had surgery to remove this tumor but will be required to undergo extensive chemotherapy and radiation treatments.  This treatment program will require replenishment blood and/or platelets for the treatment to be successful. 

This is our opportunity to shine and provide assistance to a member of our fishing community. Please take a little time to donate either blood or platelets towards Rebecca's treatment.  For those in South Texas, the South Texas Blood and Tissue Centers will be able to assist with this donation.  Please let them know that you want your donation to be credited toward Rebecca Bell's account.  The South Texas Blood and Tissue Center provides a link address that gives addresses and what hours donations may be made.  The link is:  www.southtexasblood.org/locations.asp.

For those outside of South Texas, please contribute through your local blood bank and tell them you would like the credit to go through the South Texas Blood and Tissue Center in Rebecca’s name.
